This contribution comes from Mukesh Patel, a businessman based in Surat and the proprietor of the esteemed jewelry company Green Lab. His donations signify both deep religious commitment and superb artistry, making this one of the most extravagant contributions to date.
Dinesh Newadia, VHP’s national treasurer, elaborated on the donation. “Mukesh Patel has gifted 11 crowns adorned with diamonds, 30 kilograms of silver, 300 grams of gold, and rubies,” PTI reported him as stating.

In addition to the crowns, Patel has provided various ceremonial ornaments and items made from precious materials. “The donation comprises necklaces, earrings, forehead tilaks (ornamental markings for the deity), four large and three small bows symbolizing the four brothers from the Ramayana, four quivers, three maces, and ceremonial fly whisks,” Newadia added.
The items arrived in Ayodhya via a specially chartered aircraft, underscoring the importance of the donation. Temple officials indicated that these offerings will be used for adorning the idols and for ceremonial events within the Ram Temple complex.
The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, which is responsible for both the construction and decoration of the Ram Temple, has received numerous donations from across India since the temple’s foundation was established.
