Khloé Kardashian Takes These Hair-Growth Peptides Every Morning

Khloé Kardashian isn’t shy about what her hair goes through. Different color every few months, extensions on rotation, heat styling on the regular—by her own admission, she puts it “through the ringer.” So when she finds something that actually works, she shouts it from the rooftops.

Back in August of 2025, she posted a video on Instagram raving about OMI Hair Growth Peptides, saying she’d been taking them for “months, if not a year” and calling it the “best thing to happen to my hair.”

“I try to take care of my hair as much as possible, but [healthy hair] does start from the inside out,” she said in the clip.

And she’s still on it. Yesterday, Khloé shared her full supplement routine: “four handfuls” every morning—and OMI is still very much in the lineup. The stack includes a protein amino acid, saffron, custom vitamin D from her doctor, “a little birth control” (though she’s quick to clarify she’s “not controlling the birth of anything”) and OMI’s hair-growth peptides.

Her commitment goes beyond just being a fan: Khloé, along with her mom Kris Jenner, is a strategic stakeholder in the brand.

OMI carries five peptide formulas—including a gummy and a men’s option—but Khloé sticks to the original. The NB100-winning brand’s hero ingredient is its patented IFP-13 hair growth peptide complex, which works to strengthen and anchor hair follicles for thicker, stronger-looking hair over time.

Hair that survives constant color, extensions and heat? We’re listening.
