Iraq has halted flights at all its airports, as per AFP’s report.
Some flight timings have been altered due to the shifting airspace conditions across West Asia stemming from Israel’s strikes on Iran, stated Delhi Airport in a passenger advisory on June 13.
“Delhi Airport operations continue smoothly. However, due to changing airspace conditions over Iran, Iraq, and the neighboring areas, certain flight schedules have been affected,” the statement indicated.
Travelers are encouraged to reach out to their airlines for the most current information regarding their flights, it added.

“We strongly recommend all travelers consult official sources for precise and timely updates,” Delhi Airport advised.
Israel has begun airstrikes against Iran’s nuclear facilities and military sites, termed Operation Rising Lion. This significant escalation in tensions could potentially ignite a new conflict in West Asia.
