Love Island USA’s Kaylor Martin Reveals Exactly Which Injectables She’s Tried

Leave it to the cast of Love Island USA to keep it real, whether that means spilling their Lush routine or discussing their breast augmentation on the record. Now, Season 6’s Kaylor Martin and Season 7’s Iris Kendall are getting candid about neurotoxins: what they’ve tried, what they haven’t and everything in between.

On an episode of Martin’s show—lightheartedly called “Kaylor’s Crash Out Podcast,” which airs on YouTube weekly—she brought on Kendall. The episode aired Sunday, August 2, and in a clip that’s since been shared to TikTok, their back-and-forth goes as follows:

“Why is everyone against Botox?” Kendall asked Martin. “It’s anti-wrinkle preventative. Like, you want wrinkles?” To which Martin replied, “I don’t know, but I’ve had a lot of sh— done to my face. There’s a long list. I have masseter ‘tox, forehead, a brow lift, smile lines.” The latter treatment, in particular, piqued Kendall’s interest—but according to Martin, it’s something she personally needs, since she’s so expressive.

Smile lines, or nasolabial folds, are a common concern for expressive faces, and treating them with Botox isn’t about erasing them entirely. As Palo Alto facial plastic surgeon Dr. Steven Curti previously told NewBeauty, “smile lines are a natural part of expression that benefit from conservative treatments rather than aggressive correction.” He added that “subtle dosing of neuromodulators can help reduce excessive muscle tension in the area,” which tracks with Martin’s own reasoning for getting hers treated.

She also gave listeners a heads-up that she’ll be getting a breast augmentation sometime soon, and we can only hope she’s just as candid that time around. Perhaps the most notable takeaway, though, is how unbothered she is by any of it. In response to trolls who comment that she has a different face than she had in high school, she says, “I look way better than what I did before. So, I don’t give a f— what anyone says.” A fitting note to end on, given how open she’s been throughout.
