Qatar Halts Visa-On-Arrival for Pakistani Citizens Due to Current Circumstances Qatar Halts Visa-On-Arrival for Pakistani Citizens Due to Current Circumstances
Qatar has temporarily halted its visa-on-arrival service for Pakistani citizens, as per an advisory released by the Pakistan Embassy in Doha.

“Pakistani citizens planning to travel to Qatar are informed that the visa-on-arrival service is presently unavailable due to the current circumstances,” the embassy stated. It emphasized that travelers should secure the necessary visas prior to their journey to avoid any disruptions.

This suspension affects Pakistani nationals who plan to enter Qatar without a previously arranged visa. Those arriving without the required documents may encounter entry challenges and delays at immigration, according to reports.

The embassy has recommended that travelers obtain visas before their departure and stay informed through official sources. It also suggested consulting relevant Qatari authorities or visa centers before making travel plans.

The advisory termed this action as a temporary measure related to the “current situation,” without providing additional details.
