Rumer Willis is stepping into her confidence—and she wants you to know exactly how she got there.
The 37-year-old daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore opened up on The Inside Edit podcast, revealing that her face has changed dramatically in recent years, not because of cosmetic procedures, but because of the deep inner work she’s been doing.
“I’m hotter than I’ve ever been,” she told host and friend Maeve Reilly. “That’s not because I’ve had a bunch of plastic surgery. I don’t even get Botox anymore, I wish. That’s why I have all these lines on my forehead when I talk!”
So, what does she credit instead? Willis pointed to an inner shift as the foundation of her outer transformation, specifically citing therapeutic work and the strength she gained from having her daughter. “My face, literally, has physically changed from spiritual work I have done.”
It’s a bold claim, but one that feels consistent with a philosophy Willis has been building for years. When we spoke with her in 2021, she was already singing the praises of a pared-back mindsert.
“I have a ‘less is more’ approach with just about everything,” she told us then. And while her routine at the time was still product-forward—anchored by a Wonder Valley oil cleanser, an exfoliating powder and a dedication to keeping skin hydrated inside and out—the ethos behind it was the same: work with your skin, not against it.
She also pointed to her mother as a guiding influence. “My mom was definitely a big reason why I started wearing less makeup and just always taking really good care of my skin,” she shared.
