“We have proposed to name Renigunta Airport after Lord Sri Venkateswara. The airport will embody the divine aesthetics of Tirumala,” Naidu stated.
In addition to renaming the airport, TTD has revealed plans to build a Srivari temple in Bengaluru, awaiting land allocation from the Karnataka government.
During the conference, Naidu announced that Union Minister for Heavy Industries, Kumara Swamy, has agreed to supply 100 electric buses to TTD. These vehicles are anticipated to arrive in Tirumala soon, aimed at improving sustainable transportation for pilgrims in the area.

TTD is making efforts to enhance quality control in temple offerings. It plans to lease space in Tirupati to set up a Council of Scientific and Industrial Research laboratory, which will evaluate the quality of ghee, water, and food items presented at the shrine.
On the educational side, Naidu indicated that the 73-year-old Sri Venkateswara College in Delhi will undergo modernization. A three-member committee, led by the TTD chairman, will address the concerns of 200 contract lecturers before moving forward with new staff hiring.

As part of its extensive religious and social outreach, TTD’s Dharmic (religious) wing is preparing to launch multiple programs. These include priesthood training for individuals from marginalized communities, Sadgamaya, an initiative to promote ethical values among students, and Saubhagyam, a women-oriented program in relation to the observance of Varalakshmi Vratam.
Other initiatives highlighted by Naidu include Akshara Govindam for children, Harikatha Vaibhavam, Sanmargam for prison inmates, Giri Janardhanam in tribal areas, and Vana-Nidhi, a project merging ecological consciousness with spiritual teachings.
