India
India has instructed its citizens in Israel to steer clear of non-essential activities and remain close to designated shelters.
For those in Iran, the Indian government has recommended adhering to local safety protocols and staying in touch with Indian embassies. They are also advised to remain alert given the swiftly changing security landscape.
“Due to the current situation in Iran, all Indian nationals and persons of Indian origin in Iran are urged to stay vigilant, limit unnecessary movements, follow the embassy’s social media channels, and observe safety procedures as directed by local authorities,” the Indian embassy in Iran stated on X.
“All Indian nationals and Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs) able to leave Tehran on their own accord are advised to move to a secure location outside the city,” the Embassy of India tweeted.

Russia is also among the nations advising its citizens against traveling to either Iran or Israel. Authorities have recommended avoiding military areas, public gatherings, and densely populated regions that may be targeted.
