Previously, the corporation mentioned, “Due to a technical issue in a train at Siddhivinayak station, services were momentarily suspended for approximately 10 minutes… trains are now experiencing delays of around 5 to 10 minutes. Our teams are diligently monitoring operations, and regular services are anticipated to resume shortly.”
This marks the second occurrence of a technical problem on this corridor in recent months. In early October, shortly before Prime Minister Narendra Modi was scheduled to inaugurate the final segment of the Colaba–Bandra–SEEPZ Metro-3 corridor, a train experienced a breakdown near Santacruz due to a technical snag.
