Upneeq is stepping into skin care—an exciting expansion for the brand behind the 2026 NewBeauty Award–winning eye drop that temporarily lifts low-lying or droopy eyelids (a condition known as blepharoptosis). Its first foray: the Reveal Under Eye Complex ($75), available now.
While Upneeq’s eye drops require a prescription, the Reveal Under Eye Complex—its first nonpharmaceutical offering from parent company RVL Pharmaceuticals—does not. The formula focuses on brightening, depuffing and smoothing the under-eye area. Its active ingredients include a five percent stabilized vitamin C to help even tone, along with firming peptides, depuffing caffeine, energizing creatine and soothing green tea to refresh tired-looking eyes.
The silky-soft formula also uses soft-focus blurring agents that help diffuse the look of fine lines and brighten the under-eye area upon application. That, combined with the aforementioned active ingredients, helps deliver both immediate and long-term results with consistent use. The brand recommends applying it twice daily as part of your morning and evening skin-care routine.
“Patients often complain about tired-looking eyes, pointing to signs like puffiness, dark circles and fine lines,” says Beverly Hills reconstructive oculoplastic surgeon and head of scientific affairs at RVL Pharmaceuticals, Raymond Douglas, MD.
“There’s growing demand for effective solutions, and this formula delivers targeted care for the delicate under-eye area from a brand already trusted in eyes,” Dr. Douglas continues. Given the eye drops’ status as a NewBeauty Award winner and dermatologist favorite, expectations for the brand’s first under-eye treatment are high.
