Russia’s Foreign Ministry has cautioned Russian citizens against traveling to both Iran and Israel, highlighting security risks. The ministry has also advised those currently in the affected regions to steer clear of military sites and large public gatherings.
This advisory follows Israeli airstrikes on Iranian territory that began Friday morning, with claims of targeting nuclear facilities and missile production sites. The Israeli government has reported the removal of several high-ranking military commanders as part of a prolonged operation intended to curb Iran’s nuclear goals. Meanwhile, Moscow has strongly condemned these Israeli attacks, labeling them as unprovoked and a breach of international law.

Comparable warnings have been issued for Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Syria, reflecting apprehensions regarding potential regional fallout.
India is also taking preventive measures. The Indian Embassy in Tehran has issued a notice urging all Indian nationals and individuals of Indian descent in Iran to limit their movements and follow local safety directives. In a message shared on X, the embassy stated, “Given the current situation in Iran, all Indian nationals & persons of Indian origin in Iran are advised to remain alert, avoid unnecessary movements, follow the Embassy’s Social Media accounts & adhere to safety protocols as recommended by local authorities.”
