IndiGo has prolonged the cancellation of flights to Tbilisi, Almaty, Baku, and Tashkent until February 11 due to the ongoing situation in Iran.

The airline noted that in light of recent developments in Iran, it has made further adjustments to the schedules of select flights.

A message posted on X by IndiGo indicated that flights to and from Tbilisi (Georgia), Almaty (Kazakhstan), Tashkent (Uzbekistan), and Baku (Azerbaijan) have been suspended until February 11.
For these destinations, the airline utilizes Iranian airspace, and due to the current circumstances, it is steering clear of the region.

In a travel advisory, IndiGo stated, “Considering developments around Iran, we have made further adjustments to the schedules of certain flights. We are adopting a cautious and proactive stance, prioritizing the safety of our customers and crew. Consequently, IndiGo flights to and from Tbilisi, Almaty, Baku, and Tashkent have been cancelled until 11 February 2026.”

The airline has urged customers to check its website for alternative flight options or to request a full refund.

Typically, flights from India to the affected destinations last around six to seven hours. The airline employs A320neo aircraft on these routes, which lack the range and fuel capacity for longer alternate routes.

Tensions between Iran and the United States have intensified as protests continue in Tehran.
