When the ride arrives, he jumps on behind the rider and sets off to his destination. This clip is part of a promotional campaign for Uber’s bike rides, which start as low as ₹ 25.
Adding a fun element, the CEO chose Divine’s popular track ‘Kaam 25’ from the Netflix series Sacred Games, cleverly linking the song’s theme with the budget-friendly fare.
He captioned the post: “Bike Helmet Daam Pachchis Hai! (“Rides at just 25 Rupees”!).”

Khosrowshahi didn’t stop at bikes during his trip to India; he also experienced the Delhi Metro and shared his thoughts online. Traveling from Delhi Secretariat to Jor Bagh on the Blue Line, he described the metro as “fast, affordable, and reliable.”
In the video shared on LinkedIn and X, he is seen wearing a traditional jacket while recording his journey.
“Millions of people use the Metro to get to work, enjoy leisure activities, or visit family, and now you can have that experience with just a few taps on the Uber app,” he explained, emphasizing that users can book Metro tickets through Uber.
The video highlighted him utilizing a QR code generated on the app to enter the station, a feature made possible through Uber’s partnership with the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC).
After finishing the ride, he remarked, “Got a real feel of the Delhi pulse. It was fast. It was affordable. It was reliable. It was absolutely awesome.”
During his trip, Khosrowshahi also discussed Uber’s long-term vision for India and other markets. He expressed that the company aims to integrate multiple modes of transport, such as bikes, autos, buses, and metro systems, onto a unified platform. The goal, he stated, is to create a seamless commuting experience where users can access various transport options with just a single tap.
He further noted Uber’s increasing integration with public transport systems in India, highlighting that over 10 million metro rides have already been booked through the app in the country.
