Air India and Air India Express are set to run a total of 80 flights—both scheduled and non-scheduled—to and from the West Asia region on March 14, 2026. Both airlines will maintain their scheduled services to Jeddah and Muscat on that date. Specifically, there will be 10 flights operating to and from Jeddah, while Air India Express will manage eight scheduled flights to and from Muscat.

Air India plans to operate one round-trip flight from Delhi and two round-trips from Mumbai to Jeddah. Additionally, Air India Express will provide one flight each from Kozhikode and Mangaluru to Jeddah and back. The airline will also sustain its services to Muscat with one round-trip flight each from Delhi, Kochi, Kozhikode, and Mumbai.

Beyond scheduled services, the airlines intend to operate 62 non-scheduled flights to and from the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, pending slot availability and conditions at departure points. These flights will be conducted with the necessary permissions from Indian and local regulators.

Air India noted that flights to and from North America, Europe, Australia, and other regions will continue as per their schedule.

Passengers booked on routes where the airline group’s scheduled services are temporarily suspended can either rebook for a later date without incurring extra charges or choose a full refund.

The airline group has mentioned that it is exploring further options for operating additional ad hoc flights to and from West Asia.
