As summer vacation approaches, the digital travel platform Agoda has pinpointed the most budget-friendly flight routes for Indian travelers across Asia. Whether venturing to new places or returning to a beloved location, securing the best deals is essential for enhancing the holiday experience. Their latest data provides insights into routes and destinations that offer great value without sacrificing quality.

From one-way bookings made between March and May for departures planned between June and August 2026, the least expensive domestic route is Bangalore–Goa, purchased for ₹2,100. The cheapest international route is New Delhi–Dhaka, costing ₹5,000.

For a budget-friendly getaway close to home, several short-haul Asian routes are noteworthy. The Busan–Jeju route in South Korea tops the list at ₹765, followed by Kuala Lumpur–Penang at ₹957 and Phuket–Hat Yai also at ₹957. Additional economical options include Bangalore–Goa at ₹2,105, Ho Chi Minh City–Tuy Hòa at ₹2,296, Fukuoka–Tokyo at ₹2,392, Jakarta–Bandar Lampung at ₹2,966, and Taichung–Penghu at ₹4,019.

For those with a larger budget, these short-haul flights continue to be attractive options. Tokyo–Taipei is available for ₹574, while Pekanbaru–Kuala Lumpur is priced at ₹1,531. Kuala Lumpur–Singapore is offered at ₹1,627, and Phuket–Singapore at ₹2,201. Other routes include Taipei–Osaka at ₹3,157, Busan–Fukuoka at ₹3,253, Ho Chi Minh City–Kuala Lumpur at ₹3,253, and New Delhi–Dhaka at ₹5,071.

According to Gaurav Malik, Agoda’s Country Director for the Indian Subcontinent and Indian Ocean Islands, Indian travelers have always valued affordability, balancing their urge to explore with cost-effectiveness. To maximize savings, travelers should leverage promotional offers, stack relevant coupons, and consider bundled bookings for flights and hotels to gain extra value. With the right planning and deals, Indian travelers can enjoy unforgettable vacations within their budget.
