Northern Railway posted on social media platform X, informing passengers about train services that have been cancelled, diverted, partially cancelled, or regulated as a result of the derailment. Travelers are advised to check the National Train Enquiry System (NTES) app or call the Rail Madad helpline (139) for the latest updates before making travel plans.

The derailment has impacted a total of 53 passenger trains. This includes 16 trains that have been cancelled, 24 that have been diverted via Delhi-New Delhi, five that have been partially cancelled, and eight (Anand Vihar over Moradabad division and NCR) that have been regulated.
Most of the cancelled trains are local EMU services running between Ghaziabad, Delhi, Sahibabad, and New Delhi, significantly affecting daily commuters on this route.

In addition to cancellations, some trains have been short-terminated or short-originated.
Train number 64104 (New Delhi-DKDE) and 64109 (DKDE-SSB) will now terminate at Ghaziabad rather than completing their trips, while train number 64053 (Palwal-Ghaziabad) will conclude at New Delhi. Meanwhile, trains 64112 (SSB-DKDE) and 64152 (Delhi-Aligarh Junction) will commence from Ghaziabad instead of their usual starting points.
Northern Railway also mentioned that train number 54474 Saharanpur-Delhi has been diverted and will now operate via Shahibabad-Delhi Sarai Rohilla-Delhi.
Senior railway officials, including the Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) and the Additional Divisional Railway Manager (ADRM), have arrived at the site to oversee the restoration efforts.
