This promotion is available to customers who book domestic flights from August 4 to August 6 via IndiGo’s official website, mobile app, or its AI-driven virtual assistant, 6Eskai.

It applies to all domestic Economy Class and IndiGoStretch reservations, covering both one-way and round-trip itineraries.

How can customers secure free tickets?

No separate application is needed. All eligible bookings made during the three-day promotion will automatically enter the selection process.

IndiGo will randomly select 20,000 bookings. Those selected will receive an email and a WhatsApp message inviting them to respond to a simple question.

Customers will have three attempts to answer the question correctly.

What is the process for receiving the refund?

IndiGo has stated that refunds will be processed within three to five business days.

Established in 2006, IndiGo is celebrating two decades of service this year and is currently the leading airline in India by market share. The airline operates over 430 aircraft and runs nearly 2,200 flights daily, connecting more than 95 domestic and 40 international destinations.

During FY26, IndiGo served over 123 million passengers and was recognized as the Best Airline in India and South Asia at the Skytrax World Airline Awards 2025. Additionally, it was ranked as the sixth most punctual airline in the Asia-Pacific region in 2025 by aviation analytics company Cirium.
