The company stated that users can search and compare flights, trains, buses, and hotels in real time through ChatGPT and proceed to make bookings using ixigo Group apps. The integration also offers live flight tracking, enabling users to receive updates on boarding gates, baggage claim areas, and check-in points.
To activate these services, users simply need to type @ixigo @AbhiBus or @ConfirmTkt in their prompts. Employing natural language queries, they can search for both domestic and international flights, check up-to-date prices and availability, gain insights on fares, and explore alternate travel dates with more affordable options.
This feature also includes hotel discovery and booking capabilities, empowering users to search using conversational prompts and view pricing and reservation choices. Additionally, the ixigo app offers airport cab services for transportation to and from major airports.
With the integration of AbhiBus, users can view and filter intercity bus options, compare different operators and schedules, and proceed with bookings. ConfirmTkt allows users to check train availability, explore confirmed ticket alternatives across various routes, and complete bookings on its platform.
