The newly opened locations span major gateway cities with both business demands and leisure travel, including New York, Dallas, Houston, and Phoenix; business centers like Charlotte, St. Louis, Richmond, and Indianapolis; leisure hotspots such as Las Vegas; and suburban areas like Oakland, Greenville, and Pasadena.
This initiative represents a substantial expansion for the India-based hospitality firm in the US market. Earlier this year, PRISM introduced eight extended-stay hotels in an initial phase, and this latest launch adds another 30 properties. G6 Hospitality is enhancing these operations with technological and operational innovations, including G6 Marketplace, Protect24.ai, and options for early check-in.
What are extended-stay hotels?
Extended-stay hotels cater to guests needing accommodations for several days or weeks. Unlike conventional hotels, these facilities provide features that facilitate longer stays with comfort and convenience.
Typical amenities include fully-equipped kitchenettes, in-room workspaces, self-service laundry, high-speed internet, and flexible housekeeping services.
In a statement, PRISM noted that most of the newly launched hotels feature around 100-120 rooms, which aids the company in enhancing operational efficiency while catering to a diverse array of long-stay travelers.

These properties are expected to meet the needs of corporate professionals, relocating families, medical staff, construction workers, and project-based employees seeking affordable and reliable accommodations.
Riteish Agarwal, Founder and Chairman of PRISM, remarked, “In the USA, we are witnessing a trend towards longer-duration stays driven by project-based travel, medical personnel, construction teams, temporary relocations due to home renovations, and an increasing demand for dependable, high-quality yet affordable lodging. This expansion is intended to introduce a tech-enabled, operations-focused approach to hospitality while ensuring consistency, efficiency, and a superior guest experience.”

He added, “As a company originating from India, we are proud to showcase our capability to thrive and expand in competitive markets while setting standards for value and quality in the extended-stay segment.”
The expansion follows PRISM’s acquisition of G6 Hospitality for $525 million.
