The Global Passport Index assesses passports based on three primary dimensions: Enhanced Mobility (50%), Investment (25%), and Quality of Life (25%). The evaluation employs 14 indicators, drawing data from sources such as the World Bank, the World Economic Forum, and the Sustainable Development Report.
European nations dominated the top 10 positions in the Global Passport Index 2026, with Sweden leading the list; Singapore was the only non-European country represented in the top tier.
