”I led a high-level review meeting today focused on the preparations for Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra 2026, and I instructed all departments and security agencies to ensure the timely completion of arrangements covering infrastructure, security, healthcare, sanitation, connectivity, and services for pilgrims,” Sinha mentioned in a post on X.
Officials reported that several preparatory meetings have already taken place at the district and base camp levels in Jammu, Anantnag, and Ganderbal districts to facilitate the smooth operation of the annual pilgrimage.
The yatra is scheduled to start on July 3 and will conclude on August 28, according to Sinha.
”Our shared objective is to provide a safe, seamless, and spiritually enriching pilgrimage experience for every devotee of Baba Barfani,” he remarked.
